A variety of computer and media learning services are available to students via the Information Technology Help Desk located on the first floor of Shilling Hall, Room 106. Included among these services are advice related to acquiring a personal computer, connecting your personal computer to theÌýÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½Ìýwireless network, downloading Office 365 on your personal devices, obtaining assistance with yourÌýÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½Ìýusername and password, accessing resources in the general access computer labs, and using computer and media projection equipment.ÌýFor current and up-to-date information on these services and others that become available during the academic year, be sure to visit the .Ìý

Media Services

Media Services is responsible for maintaining classroom technology, assisting with Media needs for events around campus, and managing equipment check-out requests.ÌýStudents may check out a variety of media equipment for use to complete classroom work or for group or organization events.ÌýEquipment available for checkout includes projectors, portable sound systems, Rocker BoxesÌýand various related accessories.Ìý Equipment requests can be sent toÌýmedia@millikin.edu.ÌýOrganizations or organization representatives need to have the organization’s sponsor send an email toÌýmedia@millikin.eduÌýconfirming the request for equipment.ÌýAll equipment is checked out from the Help Desk.
