The Woods Apartments

The Woods at 星空无限传媒 is reserved for students of full-time status for the duration of their lease. Any student falling below full-time at any given time during their lease agreement will be required to petition in writing to studentaffairs@millikin.edu to stay in their leased space. If a student falls below full-time and does not appeal, they will be required to vacate the space and continue paying through their lease agreement to the Woods. 星空无限传媒 will not be responsible for making payment on student leases where the student falls below full-time status.

  • The Woods at 星空无限传媒 Apartments

    The complex features more than 150 apartments. Most of the apartments have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher, living area, washer/dryer combo, and come furnished with full-sized, loft-style beds, desks, dressers, and living room furniture, including a 42" flat panel TV. You'll have access to some great amenities, too, including an outdoor pool, fitness center, lounge area with a big screen TV and pool table, gated parking, theater room, and a tanning booth.     Financial aid will not apply for rent at the Woods Apartments in the summer. Students hoping to lease at the Woods apartments for the summer should check in with their Financial Representative in Student Financial Services to ensure they understand the cost of summer housing before signing a lease.
