DECATUR – Windy and wet conditions have forced Fireworks Display to be rescheduled for Saturday, Sept. 28.
Originally scheduled for Friday at 9 p.m. at the Workman Family Baseball Field, the display has been moved to Saturday at 9 p.m. at the same location.
